Angelina Jolie is an award-winning actress, a mom of six, and a humanitarian. The Maleficent star gave a speech on the refugee crisis for BBC News’s World on the Move day, and gave us major outfit inspiration for an interview or a high-powered day at work.
In a knee-length gray shift dress that was cinched at her left shoulder, Jolie looked ready to tackle the migration crisis herself. She finished the look with pointy nude pumps and her hair pulled back in a polished updo.
The UNHCR’s special envoy spoke about the need to work together to help the millions of people who have been displaced, saying that policies that turn away migrants won’t work. “It would amount to the worst of both worlds: failing to tackle the issue and undermining international law and our values in the process.”
